Goodie gum drops, fanfic!
To start things off I have an idea for everyone, and I think it's fun.
Challenge:
Make up your own survivor for the island (say its one of the other random survivors not shown as a regular on the show).
1) Write them trying to adjust to the island in the first three days.
2) Write a flashback of them in the plane, and interacting with at least one of the main characters either before boarding the plane, or on.
3) Do not try to assimilate them in with the main characters, instead try to show a second plot unfolding with the other people not focused on.
4) They have to have a secret, and not drugs.
5) The line "Anyone wish they paid more attention to Gilligan's Island when they had a chance?" needs to be used.
6) Length is not much of an issue, but it has to be long enough to show all these elements and give a reasonable story line. Please do not leave an epic story for this one, think of it as a lenghty one shot, and you could always go back and expand on it for your own fun later

7) No time frame set, once again this is a new site and new people will be dropping in for a while
8) Have fun!
I think this is an interesting chance to let yourself be stranded on the island with these characters, but you know in the safety of your own home
. Beginners not only welcome but encouraged, and I would appreciate it i no one mocks people's stories.
