Why don’t any of the core group of characters seem to need glasses? For me, the core group is anyone who can be labeled by an identifying feature or name. Since I’ve noticed the lack of spectacles, I spend the episodes scanning for them. Are the writers telling us that if you wear glasses you won’t survive a plane crash?

Glasses might have interfered with the camera effects/angels. Or the core characters might just have good eyesight?  |
