LOST-TV has posted pictures from "All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues".
In three of them, Jack and Kate look to be comforting Charlie. My painfully dreadful guess is that they're helping him deal with Claire's and her baby's death that occurred in the previous episode, "Raised by Another".

I truly hope I'm wrong -- maybe Claire's actually in labor during this scene and Charlie just looks really worried in pic 9, not really sad.
